Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s all about the food!

On the menu for tonight is food that’s some American, some Indian, and all things we like. We’re making our own traditions here đŸ™‚

One year I made delicata rice, one year I made a dal veggie loaf (which was pretty good, and I should blog it soon). This year it’s:

Pumpkin pie (an OH speciality, and oh-so-good), turkey for the OH, mattar-paneer, jeera rice (heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tsp jeera/cumin, let it sputter, pour over rice), raita, mashed potatoes, and to wash it all down, sangria and mimosas.

Recipes for everything but the turkey coming soon (unless they’re here already).
